North Central Bus & Equipment, Inc. is committed to keeping YOU on the road, and being here to support our customers during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Our normal business hours will remain in effect, which are:

Parts Department:                                     Monday – Friday                  7:00am – 5:00pm

Service Department:                               Monday – Friday                  8:00am – 4:30pm

Bus Sales Department:                          Monday – Friday                    7:30am – 5:00pm

Some of our Bus Sales Representatives continue to work remotely more frequently, therefore, may not always be in the office. For that reason, and to ensure the safety and health of our staff and customers, we are highly recommending that you making an appointment with our Bus Sales team prior to coming in; especially for used bus purchases.

As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe environment, North Central Bus & Equipment, Inc. is in compliance with all COVID-19 mandated safety measures. Our Saint Cloud Facility is no longer using a controlled access entry system, however, we continue to monitor the people in our building to keep our staff and customers healthy and safe. As always, we are actively practicing and enforcing social distancing wherever possible, masks are encouraged, and all staff and guests are monitored for symptoms. In addition, we continue to ask our customers and our staff members to stay home when they are feeling unwell. If our staff are unwell and have symptoms consistent with COVID-19, they are tested before returning.

In addition to the above guidelines, we are proactively sanitizing our buildings on a regular basis with the fogging system from our sister company, Cloud Disinfect-It. We are confident that this is the best cleaning system to provide protection in our buildings and vehicles against the COVID-19 virus. The leadership of North Central Bus & Equipment, Inc. will continue active and ongoing monitoring, necessary contingency planning around any further relevant COVID-19 developments in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local health guidelines.

We remain ready and available to respond to your needs by phone, webinar, videoconferencing, email, and in person at our facilities. We continue to take, manage, and fulfill orders every day.
